You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete an action! Some actions, such as Points per Purchase, Refer a Friend, and Reviews, may take longer to process before they show up in your account.

Yes, your points expire one year after you earn them. So if you earned points on May 15 of last year, they will expire on May 15 of this year.

When you return an item, you lose the points you originally earned from buying that item.
 Sound kind of confusing? Let's say you had previously spent $50 on an item and earned 50 points. If you decide to return that item, your points would also go back down by 50 points – as if you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

While you are not able to purchase extra points, there are plenty of options to earn extra points, including completing a purchase, referring a friend, and following Koi CBD on social media.

Yes! You can use as many Koi Rewards as you have available for any given order.

You can use Rewards with some promotions and offers, such as individual sale items and our Veterans program. Rewards do not work with some coupons or items, including affiliate coupons, subscription renewals, and sitewide offers and discounts.

No, you can only advance through VIP Tiers through dollars spent on KoiCBD.com, not points earned by other actions.

You can view your Rewards history by visiting the My Rewards page in the Account section of the website. Click the Rewards History button to display the details. If you have any questions, you can always contact our Customer Support team.

If you've recently made a purchase, you will get an email that will walk you through how to leave a review. Please note that you can only be awarded points for reviews once per day, and you can only receive a lifetime maximum of 200 total points from reviews. Reviews must be submitted through the review request email to be eligible for Koi Rewards points.

If you are putting in a valid email address but get an error message, the person you are trying to refer may already a registered Koi Rewards user. Referrals only work for new customers who have not yet joined the Koi Rewards program. Also note that you cannot refer your own email address.

Referral coupons can only be used on your first purchase with KoiCBD.com, and only valid for orders over $50. If you've already made a purchase on KoiCBD.com, you cannot use a referral coupon but can instead collect discounts through our Rewards program!

Yes, the referral program is only valid for KoiCBD.com, and the person referred must make a qualifying purchase before you are awarded any points for the referral.
